Join a Team
Nebraska ONE welcomes girls of all ages and skill levels who want to improve at volleyball and become part of a team that feels like family. 2025 NVL 14s and under season information can be found below. We have local club teams for 4rd-8th graders and a train & play program for 2nd-6th graders who are not quite ready for a club team but want to continue working on their volleyball skills.

We have options for grades 2nd-8th. Teams for 4th-8th graders *motivated 3rd graders welcome to tryout for teams. Train & Play is for 2nd-6th graders who are not quite ready for a team but want to learn more and improve their volleyball skills.

5th-6th grade 6pm
7th-8th grade: 7:30pm
Thur August 7th

Tryouts are held at 333 Speedway Cir Ste 2
Tryout Fee: $15 per player
Pre Tryout Clinics at 333 Speedway Cir Ste 2
Coaches are available for questions 15 minutes following each clinic
