Nebraska ONE welcomes girls of all ages and skill levels who want to improve at volleyball and become part of a team that feels like family. 2024 NVL season information can be found below, NVL is our fall season for 4th-8th graders, and we also run a 2nd-6th train & play program for girls who are wanting to get started!

We have options for grades 2nd-8th. Teams for 4th-8th graders *motivated 3rd graders welcome to tryout and train and play 4v4 for 2nd-6th graders. Train & play is perfect for players who are not quite ready for a team but want to learn more and improve their volleyball skills.

5th-6th grade 6pm

Tryout Fee: $15 per player
