Nebraska ONE welcomes girls of all ages and skill levels who want to improve at volleyball and become part of a team that feels like family. Tryouts help us effectively assess your daughter’s skill level and place her on a team where she’ll succeed. Sign up for the 2020 season today!
TEAMS
10s-14s and ONE Z Tryouts
10s-14s club players who are new to Nebraska ONE and members of our ONE Z League—a less competitive option for 4th-6th graders with a shorter season—must attend one of two tryout sessions in mid-October. Tryouts are optional for returning 10s-14s players, but they must register as a returning player.
15s-18s Tryouts
All high school players, new and returning, must attend one of our tryouts in November. If you are unable to come to either date, email katelynn@nebraskaone.com to schedule a one-on-one tryout session.
Optional Tryout Clinics and Q&A
Optional clinics allow 10s-14s players to better prepare themselves for tryouts and parents to get all their club volleyball questions answered. The clinics, held in mid-October, cost $15 per player. The post-clinic parents Q&A is free of cost.

8 weekly Kratos workouts per player (45 min each) Aug 17-Oct 11th (6th-8th grade only)
Total Nebraska ONE Fees: $325 (6th-8th grade) and $300 (4th-5th grade)
Jersey: $38 for players needing solid black. Free size exchanges for life of that jersey
