Nebraska ONE Classes

Nebraska ONE believes the best way to improve individually and as a whole is by challenging our players to face the most difficult areas of the game head on. Our expansive selection of classes start with teaching the fundamentals as early as age 4, and advance to detailed position and skill-specific training.

2024 Fall Classes

Session 1
September 16th-October 17th

Session 2
November 13th-December 18th

(no classes Nov. 27th for Thanksgiving)

NOTE: You must register (and pay) for the class to be registered. All grades are for fall 2024

We pride ourselves on young players receiving the detailed information to make correct body movements for volleyball skills now, so when they get older, faster, bigger and stronger, they are still doing the skills correctly — just more precise and powerful!

Grade level is what grade players will be in FALL 2024
The class must be registered and paid for to complete registration
If classes are full, we will start a waiting list to add times.

Players moving to the next level will receive an email invitation the last week of each session.
Players may also attend our class placement evaluation clinics in May, August, and December.

About Your Coaches:



Rachel (Schwartz) Culwell

A former Husker and national champion libero. Rachel is a current full-time coach for Nebraska ONE and mom of two.



Jenna Jones

A former all American setter, went on to coach in college and is back for the 2024 season



Tonia Tauke

A former husker and Big 12 champion middle. Tonia is the club director and co-founder of Nebraska ONE.



Callie Kohl

A former Nebraska ONE player and then went on to play at Nebraska Wesleyan.
She received her degree in sports management and is our event coordinator at Nebraska ONE.
She also coaches 2 club teams 11s and 15s.


