Nebraska ONE Classes
Nebraska ONE believes the best way to improve individually and as a whole is by challenging our players to face the most difficult areas of the game head on. Our expansive selection of classes start with teaching the fundamentals as early as age 4, and advance to detailed position and skill-specific training.
2025 Winter Classes
**2025 winter club & team level classes for 5th-8th are for current Nebraska ONE club players only! Quickstart and K-4th grade classes are open to anyone!
Session 1
January 13th-February 14th
Session 2
February 18th-March 24th
NOTE: You must register (and pay) for the class to be registered. All grades are for fall 2024

Grade level is what grade players will be in FALL 2024
The class must be registered and paid for to complete registration
If classes are full, we will start a waiting list to add times.
Players moving to the next level will receive an email invitation the last week of each session.
Players may also attend our class placement evaluation clinics in May, August, and December.
About Your Coaches:
Rachel (Schwartz) Culwell
Jenna Jones
A former all American setter, went on to coach in college and is back for the 2024 season
Tonia Tauke
Callie Kohl
A former Nebraska ONE player and then went on to play at Nebraska Wesleyan.
She received her degree in sports management and is our event coordinator at Nebraska ONE.
She also coaches 2 club teams 11s and 15s.
Michelle Sjuts
Is a former husker setter/jump server, and national champion, current assistant coach at Lincoln Lutheran (3 time state champs).
Katelynn Seitz
A former player and club director from Illinois. Katelynn is the high school director for Nebraska ONE and also coaches at Waverly High School.
